About Insurance Data Hub
Insurance Data Hub was created to democratize access to complex climate and insurance risk data. We believe that understanding the intersection of natural hazards, housing costs, and insurance premiums is critical for informed decisions.
Our Methodology
We combine federal datasets with public insurance statistics to generate our 6-axis composite score: Climate Safety, Insurance Affordability, Housing Affordability, Community Resilience, Social Resilience, and Housing Stability. All scores are normalized as percentile ranks across all U.S. counties.
